When Lyme Disease changed her life. She and her daughter decided to share their story and develop an online business. Resilience and Love keep them going.

We source Grown & Made in the USA products, made from organic cotton, Hemp or Bamboo and recycled materials or sourced via businesses that have Fair Trade & Wage agreements.

Primarily: Apparel and other useful products used in daily living.

Combined with Environmentally friendly and people safe printing applications. No chemicals linked to illness.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

We currently utilize USPS and FED-EX for our shipping. Rates are determined via a link from jemslylove.com to a 3rd party provider.

PICK UP LOCATIONS are a courtesy

We have, at times, established PICK UP locations for local pick up. Please respect those who have offered their location for this purpose. We do add a fee of $2.00 per order to assist us with the cost of shipping and delivery to these designated locations. 

Returns & Exchanges

We inspect, package and ship almost every item we sell through jemslylove.com.

We do not have a physical storefront, we are an online e-commerce platform. Transactions, Returns and Exchanges are completed online only and must be shipped back to us. We do not store inventory on site.

We make every attempt to provide photos, measurement diagrams and guides to assist with your purchases on our website. We are always willing to assist if you contact us prior to your purchase. For the above reasons. We will NOT pay for return shipping for returns or exchanges.

We allow returns and exchanges for orders that are shipped direct to you from our direct ship warehouses or print-on-demand providers. Returned items must be received and processed by us prior to refunds. Exchanges may take 2-4 weeks from the time we receive the item back from you.

Our recycled Polybags that we use to ship to you have a second strip of adhesive and should be used to return an item to us.
